January 6, 2019 - Awesome nose of ripe cherry, cola spice, mint, wet pine forest floor, and sage. Black cherry, pomegranate juice, pepper, plum skin tartness on the finish. Light-med body with suave tannin and juicy acidity. I've always been a fan of the Sandhi wines, and this one seems to be aging nicely. In a great spot but no rush.

    November 3, 2018 - The entry-level Pinot from Sandhi, purchased at $32 USD. 1st of 3 bottles..
Nose of pomegranate, tobacco leaf, black cherry, and spice.
On the palate, straightforward red and black fruits with good balancing acidity and a nice tannic bite.
Drinking nicely at 6 years of age, this wine will not likely further improve in bottle but should drink well through 2022.

September 30, 2018 - This was nice, all Cali pinot, maybe a bit one dimensional, just nice

So this wine sat for at least a week on my bar , I poured the last glass and it was much MORE NICE. Highly recommend a good decant at this stage .
