January 1, 2022 - Beautifully balanced with notes of rhubarb, strawberry, vanilla and some earthiness. Much of the acidity has diminished, which for me is a good thing. I believe this is drinking very nicely right now but I do not believe this has years of life left. We drank side by side with a 2013 and a 2015 Southing. I preferred the 2013 best and both were more distinctive. Drink now and enjoy.

November 23, 2021 - Perfectly satisfying. Smooth, aromas of roses, dark cherries, hint of cedar. Round, earthy and dark fruits, very well balanced.

November 21, 2021 - Amazing wine at this point in its life, with many years left to evolve. Smooth, integrated tannins and acidity, but still drinking with a mouthful of cherry/strawberry flavors. Terrific example of this fine label.

November 13, 2021 - Stunning! Still going strong with lots of Strawberry and Cherry flavors combining with a little white pepper to boot. Long finish. Still has lots of life ahead.
