March 18, 2023 - This was a very positive surprise. Excellent match with the Chateaubriand dinner. At or close to its peak condition.

October 27, 2022 - Opens after an hour or so, but I still used a Vinturi. Nicely balanced Bordeaux blend. plenty of rich dark fruit and soft tannins. Drink now.
