May 25, 2019 - Golden in colour. Nose of marmalade, stewed oranges, old apricots, perfumed elements of musk, old flowers, liquorice. Palate of banana, overripe lychee, custard, soft caramel, overripe pineapple, grappa, and biscuits. This is really odd, but smooth and delicious. It plays like an aperitif more than anything and its age is just right.
Day 2 this was thin and lacking fruit. -

Colour: pale lemon
Bouquet and palate: citrus, spice, lychees, reasonably dry long finish and good substantial body.
