    February 18, 2023 - Started off too cold, from restaurant’s cellar, showing minerals and tart lemon/lime; with some air, nutmeg, apple, and pear revealed themselves. No evidence of oak. Went perfectly with baked arctic char. From wine list at Beano’s Cabin (Beaver Creek).

    November 19, 2019 - Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Oak is perfect at the end, from someone who detests too much oak. Clear color matches the clear tastes on the palate. Everything is in harmony right now, with just the right amount of vanilla.
