April 3, 2024 - Cellared since release and shared by a generous friend. Perfectly mature burgundy. Sandalwood, dried rose pedals and red berries on the nose. Incredibly earthy, forest floor, and cherry with surprisingly grippy tannin that left the wine a little dry (will these ever fully resolve?). Not worth today’s premium, but a privilege to drink.

March 23, 2024 - Wearing age well, very balanced.

March 21, 2024 - Trying hard to understand this wine - vintage characteristics are a constraint here. Remained a little closed and slightly harsh throughout dinner - but hints of beauty came through.

February 10, 2022 - Well matured wine. Tannins a little harsh still but a great wine. Would keep it longer still.

February 26, 2019 - Terlato Great Burgundy Producer Dinner (Tangley Oaks - Lake Bluff IL): Small glass, brief note. So much great stuff, but oddly not completely harmonious. Big fruit and earth to start, more firm middle, then powerful finish also firm. Certainly enjoyable, but not consistent with last time tasted.
