Lovely grenache fruit with red raspberry, incense leaning toward rosewater, and some secondary leather notes..lovely and delicate on the palate. Good acidity, a fair amount of heat, and very soft tannin. Flavors mirror the nose, with building white pepper as the finish apporaches.

March 15, 2019 - Thankfully, and unlike the bottle I opened yesterday, this was not corked/cooked. Very nice, perfectly mature CdP, with a very grenache sweet raspberry and incense nose, soft acidity, but good density on the palate, and a fully mature finish.
