August 20, 2022 - We picked up some bottles at the winery 5 or so years ago and we're just finishing the last one; every bottle has been excellent.

December 23, 2017 - Decanted for over an hour. Dark and brooding, this Syrah is deliciously balances. Blackberry/soft mocha notes appear on entry and continue to a cedar and spice finish that is a non-ending party. Pair with grilled Spanish chorizo for a spicy treat. Another great gem produced by Acorn.

April 25, 2017 - Opaque purple color with aromatic blackberry, plum skin, roasted meat, , savory spice and floral aromas. On the palate it's medium-bodied, with ample blackberry, black cherry, black currant, espresso flavors nicely balanced with mouthwatering acidity and well integrated velvety tannins. Long finish. 14.5% abv SRP - $35. A harmonious, food friendly wine that flat out delicious!
