February 19, 2022 - Medium body, bright acid, red fruit (raspberry, cherry) wine impressed the dinner party. Huge fan of White Rose and have to think hard to find a bottle that doesn't taste good. his one was right there with the others. Held its own against the other pinots and was a clear #2 to the consensus wine of the night (2000 Archery Summit Marjorie-Louise). Was a great cellar pull.

In recent years it seems the pattern has been the even years show well initially but the odd years prevail long-term. This seems true here. While abundantly pleasant with copious cherry fruit, in all it was a little one-dimensional and perhaps indicating the best days were behind. Drink up people.

September 3, 2019 - Wouldn't go wrong opening a bottle now. Rating based on initial taste - may come back and update once we finish it. Seems like it has plenty of life remaining.
