May 30, 2020 - A blend of organically farmed Clairette Blanche, Clairette Rosé and Ugni Blanc. Fermented and aged for 8 months in oak barrels. 13% alcohol.
Intense, medium-deep lemon-yellow color with a golden core. Damp, musty nose with TCA aromas of papier-mâché and moldy cellar.

June 14, 2015 - Light golden colour, glowing like a summer's evening. Honeysuckle flowers on the nose, with peach and apricot in the foreground too. More tropical fruit notes provide the background. A sensational wine in the mouth, with everything in perfect harmony. I can't marine a white wine tasting much better than this - and enjoyed with a smoker salmon starter last night and as an aperitif tonight. Wow!!
