Community Tasting Notes 3

May 13, 2019 - Nearly 4 years after the prior: similar; all the more smooth — with decent but not especially prevalent acidity. Yellow fruits and a hint of savory/ bitter earth. Enjoyable enough over five nights.

July 11, 2015 - Our last two were very similar to our first note.

March 31, 2015 - Light golden. Not oxidative, at least compared with recent others of its ilk. Not exactly floral, either, tho. Rich savagnin character, and smoother than expected. Best at 60-65 F. Really, it's a distinctive, lively & lovely wine that showed well over four nights. We will purchase more.
