February 10, 2019 - Cork was a bit funky when we opened it, thought for sure it was corked. However, the color was a beautiful ruby shade and did not look spoiled or show its age. Unfortunately this wine lacks structure and the finish rapidly disappears. Not worth $22 a bottle, but certainly worth drinking, just waited to long to enjoy this one.

May 26, 2016 - Robe bourgogne, sur les aromes de cerise, fraise, violette, fruit, chocolat. La bouche est représentative des arômes au nez. Astringent, à décanter 30min a 1h. Vin digeste, bon rapport qualité-prix.

October 18, 2015 - Your subtle Euro version of Zinfandel. Nice and everything seems to be in order (except maybe for the short finish), but it's entirely forgettable. Should work nicely with a dish you do not want to overshadow with a red.

September 10, 2015 - Pretty dark ruby color. Sweet notes of plum, caramel, dark cherries, dark berry jam and a touch of tobacco leaf. It's medium-full bodied, the alcohol is slightly recognizable and there is medium-low acidity and medium- tannin. A solid Primitivo that pairs well with simple food.

July 26, 2015 - Extremely sweet caramel nose, plums all over, some spices as well and unfortunately also alcohol - this just goes on the palate, quite simple and with an overwhelmingly sweet caramel note. This was not to my liking.
