October 14, 2023 - Opened in HK. Slow-oxed for a few hours before enjoying.

My first time with this Domaine and wow - this was a very pleasant surprise for me. A nose that is reminiscent of Rayas, with a mix of red fruits on the nose, slight pepper and herbaceous notes. Really enjoyable and even though the palate doesn't quite match up to the nose in terms of complexity or depth it is a very good wine nonetheless and really enjoyable.

I would never have been able to guess this blind, and definitely transcends its appellation. This is a real treat and I would be very happy to enjoy this again. Drinking very well right now with air, and will stay at this level for many years.

May 18, 2023 - Opened a bottle of this to compliment the Blanc of the same producer. And this one we shared with a few others.
Slow oxed all day. Pretty closed at first in glass but opened up spectacularly within an hour or so. Big red fruit raspberries and I’m not sure what else but sweet textured fruits. Then layers of savory and other notes and some Chinese tea herbs. Just so much going on. Saved a few ounces for day 2 and maybe better, definitely different, Chinese tea herbs had turned to English breakfast tea and bright delicious fruit.
If anything this was consumed too young but very enjoyable right now. I wonder about the bottle condition of the reviewer who said it is past prime and send to auction. (But ok, send to auction and I’ll be looking to buy)
