May 8, 2023 - Opened it at Cleaver's restaurant in Vegas tonight and had it with steaks. Absolutely delicious after letting it air a short time in our glasses. Thank you Jean-François for this great wine!

December 18, 2021 - Still way to tight to drink on its own for my taste. I am sure it would go very well with a nice juicy rib steak. Just not very tasty on it own. Getting more Disappointed with pb wine.

February 24, 2020 - My last bottle. Drinking very well, I think it's peaked. Very characteristic WA can, it has structure, a bit of nuance, mature berries, a solid wine.

January 6, 2020 - Smoke on the nose. Mostly red fruit and fully integrated tannins. A bit lighter on the palate than I expected. Also, some noticeable heat on the back end
