April 29, 2022 - Nose: Iron, salty, reduction, yeast. Very subtle at the palate. Gets more yeasty with air. Pepper. A bit sharp with more air.

February 24, 2020 - From mostly 2017 vintage. Medium plus nose shows funk, banana, cream cheese, lemon zest, yellow flowers. Palate is fun, unique, some mushroom type tones, deep citrus, lime zest, banana yogurt, complexity in the finish does quite well. Dry, tasty, very much it's own style.

June 30, 2017 - Weird, and not in a good way. Oxidized somewhat. Tastes like nothing so much as still NV champagne that is a bit past prime. Mixed half with mineral water this was drinkable, if only just. I suspect the rubber cork may be the culprit here and will hope for more from the other bottles.

December 29, 2014 - Juicy, balanced and long, this mineral focus wine was just wonderful. Judging from the past few reviews which all seemed to have problems of one sort or another, another year or so in the bottle seems to really have brought this wine around.

If you are fortunate enough to have a few bottles, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

February 21, 2013 - Light pale yellow. In the nose, there's some reduction, funky notes, however they mellow down with time. There's pear, white currant, white grapes, light citric notes and some cheese rind. On the palate, it's mineralic, has rather low acidity, is rather tart than round with some adstringency towards the finish. Crisp. Expressive.
