January 16, 2023 - Light ruby with garnet edges. On the nose, red berry, loam, manure, roses, a slight metallic note. Bright red fruit with a wide spread on the palate, high acids, low tannins, long finish. Low alcohol (12.5%). More complex on the nose than on the palate.

September 17, 2020 - Nose of aromatic red berries, dried mushrooms, and dusty flowers. Dry salty and delcious on the palate with a lovely sweet acid finish. Excellent with grilled breaded shrimp

May 26, 2020 - Nose of sedge, salt, and gooseberries, with a faded floral hint. Salty sweet fruit on the palate with a lovely acid frame. Lovely balance and integrity with a hint of enigma.

May 20, 2020 - Salty, sweaty, sweet aromas with under layers of red fruit, sweet and sour fruit on the palate, savory. Lovely after-dinner wine with sharp cheddar cheese.

August 15, 2019 - Aromas of dark fruit, lilacs, a hint of coffee, leather, some sweet powdery spice top note. Light acid attack with a dry midpalate density, deeply integrated tannins at the back, floral back aromas, long salty tannic finish. A wine of great elegance, reserved gaiety, and balance. Excellent with chicken braised in rosemary, garlic, and white wine.
