August 20, 2015 - Popped and poured, consumed over 2 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, lemon, pear, green apples, crushed rock, and minerals. Palate: Medium bodied, pear and mineral attack, solid acidic backbone, up front fruit is balanced nicely with a distinct mineral driven kick in the back-end. Finish: Medium length dominated by tart citrus and minerals. Seems to be coming into balance quite nicely at the moment.

April 26, 2015 - Popped and poured, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Light-to-medium expressiveness, green apple, lemon, stone fruit, and buttered bread. Palate: Medium bodied, good balance, slightly creamy mouth-feel, good acidic back-bone, persistent mid-palate, weakens just a bit in the back-end where pear and green apple notes dominate a short to medium length finish - 15-30 seconds.
