November 28, 2019 - PnP. Medium burgundy in color and crystal clear. Beautiful nose of spice and strawberries. Similar on the palate and the silky texture shines through. Beautiful wine. Has not changed much since the prior bottle. If anything, the spice is coming forward more now.
Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Burgundy glass at 65F. -

March 31, 2019 - Tons of dark cherrcassis on first sip. More of a full bodied Pinot, not a delicate, floral one. Enjoyed.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis). The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
