  May 10, 2020 - Still a dark red, not showing as much age as expected. Soy and BBQ on the nose. Palate is softening but not fading yet, with balsamic, red fruit, and spice. Still has good structure and mouth feel with a short but enjoyable finish.

  November 12, 2019 - From winebid. Followed over 2 hour. Translucent red with bricking. Nose of cedar, earth and sour cherries. Mint with extended aeration. By the end of the evening, had more earthy, mushroom flavors in addition to mint/eucalyptus and cherries. Palate mimicked the nose throughout the night. Very bright acidity gave it great freshness with long finish. Tannins perfectly folded into the finish. Excellent food wine.
  
  A little leaner with less sweet fruit than the 1974 Mondavi regular cab I had not too long ago given the vintage. However, a very nice wine with dinner given the price.

  November 6, 2017 - Was given to me as a gift 15 years ago and cellared for a special day to share with friends. Opened it 15 minutes before tasting from bottle directly and aerated. It was great. Tasted next to a 2006 Clarendon Hills 100 pt and 2010 Stagecoach from AO. 6 tasters picked this first. Felt and smelled old Napa big. Color was beautiful. Fortunate to share with friends
