April 30, 2021 - Gold in color. 14.4% ABV. Super nose of tropical fruits, lemon oil and butterscotch. Medium to full bodied with perfect acidity and balance. Rich and lush with great mouthfeel. Pear, peach, vanilla creme brulee and minerals on the palate. Medium length on the finish. Delicious Chardonnay. Don’t overlook the Williams Selyem Chardonnay program. Best over the next 1-2 years.

May 17, 2020 - I confess that I was worried that I had waited too long to drink this wine. If you still have some—have no fear. I was amazed that it had not darkened at all, still a nice light straw color. The nose has faded but on the palate still bursting with flavor and oh what a pleasant well balanced finish.

Served with grilled scallops which was the perfect accompaniment. I wouldn’t wait too much longer but still good for another year or so.

May 1, 2020 - Light golden yellow, very floral tropical nose, dense tropical fruit (papaya & mango) with some citrus adding acidity, very long fruit laden finish. Mighty fine wine!
