July 25, 2017 - This is superb. Very classic valdostan white with lemon balm, gobs of minerals, and perfect acidity. Some glycerin on the end that makes this slightly germanic. Nothing tastes quite like this. Perfect with a summery pasta.

December 24, 2015 - Gold color. Very aromatic with floral and lemon zest. Mineral and citrus driven flavors with lengthy finish. Medium weight.

July 6, 2015 - Zippy, lemon oil, lemon rind, gains interest with air and warming in the glass.

May 27, 2015 - Very similar to the prior note - very mineral driven wine. A yellow gold colour, ripe yet intense nose, lots of floral tropical notes on the nose, minerals, pear. Palate is ripe in texture, yet with a crisp mineral apple finish. Well balanced and very tasty.
