    February 19, 2022 - Drank with

August 20, 2021 - I don’t think this is past it’s best - actually I think it’s got a lot of ageing left in it - that being said the tannins are perfectly integrated with the herby (dill/wild asparagus/rosemary), flinty, unctuous berries that Priorat Licorrella gives so well

May 22, 2021 - decanted, lots of sediment, but drank immediately, a hint of bricking and age, fruit subdued but drinking nicely. The last bottle

February 24, 2021 - I remember being very fond of this wine when I tried this the first time...
Then it was „forgot“ in the cellar...

As the others pointed out rather vegetal notes on the boquet and personally they stay even after one day of aeration.

Nonetheless flavour is pretty mellow, round and silky.
Its not overly complex but drinks very smoothly.

So I think this has reached its plateau and will not evolve further.

May 19, 2020 - I am going back and forth on this wine. It definitely needs a lot of airing to get rid of some rather herbal and alcohol tense feel. When it mellows the dark fruit comes forward and it changes character a lot. Now it is silky long and spicy. A good bbq companion.
