Creamy texture and well integrated acidity and dosage.

December 3, 2018 - Much better than a bottle tasted a year ago. Nice structure and tones of coffe and mushroom.

December 28, 2016 - Served with Indian food and it was a good pairing. Moderate acidity, pear, apple, yeast.

December 4, 2016 - Light yellow, fine mousse and bubbles. Somewhat muted nose, but opened up a bit after some air. Strong acidity, flinty minerals and citrus on the palate. Good body and medium length. Went well with my iberico bellota, but I think this would be better in a few more years. I've had other RL Legras, they all tend to have more acidity and would do well with more aging.

March 11, 2016 - Nice medium lemon robe, on the nose the first impression is flinty minerality. Somehow restrained at first, it gradually develops aromas of peach, mango, hazelnuts and yeast. Also lavender.
Very delicate bubbles, good acidity and body. Herbs in the aftertaste. Complex, but still lively, it can age further.
