December 20, 2020 - Really good. Has aged uneventfully and to good advantage. A rounder vintage, more towards mainstream White Burgundy, but excellent. Would drink over the next year or three.
December 3, 2018 - K&G's. Very nice, pristine bottle. Depth of fruit together with excellent cut. Just fine with Wellfleet and Cotuit oysters.
July 8, 2017 - No premox, but not the best bottle I've had. Still, good drink with grilled striped bass.
October 31, 2016 - Never a great Dauvissat, this is fine drinking now. Not one to age longer.
June 26, 2014 - Peach Farm. Fresh and really good. In this vintage there is a mouth coating of butterscotch at the finish but this is still a mouthwatering Chablis rather than a Cote D'or or cali Chardonnay.
December 21, 2013 - Deep and delicious with Wellfleet oysters. No premox here.
September 12, 2013 - In a great place right now. Balanced, quite a bit of fruit, but plenty of acidity to offset. No sign of oxidation.
May 24, 2013 - Light straw gold. Grand Cru level concentration with citrus, herbs, classic Chablis minerality, almonds and gruyere cheese. One of the richer Chablis I've ever had. A stunner.
August 17, 2012 - This was very good. It was fruitier compared to the verget montee tonnere 2002. Citrusy but with aromas of ripe white fruits.
August 11, 2012 - This bottle was drinking well. Lovely fruit, round but well-balanced with acidity and plenty of minerality. Elegant accompaniment to sauted salmon. Drink or hold.
