March 30, 2024 - Really enjoyed every aspect if this wine. Great nose. Silky mouthfeel and finish. Cherries and possibly blackberries and layered spice in the pallette. A kiss of oak and full on yummy.

December 19, 2020 - Dark blackberry color. Dark berry fruit, tear, leather, rich tannins, nicely balanced, and long finish. All that’s missing is a big thick steak on the side.

January 18, 2020 - Wine Tasting Group - Napa and Sonoma - Jan 18, 2020 (Classic Wine Storage, Dallas, TX): Ripe, rich plums, currants and herb aromas. Palate with ripe plums, ripe blueberries, some herbs, and coffee. Big, viscous mouthfeel. No obvious heat from 15.1% alcohol - again more about weight and big mouthfeel. Good but not my style.

May 26, 2019 - Tasty blackberry and black cherry aromas and flavors with mocha, cassis, and oak notes on the moderate finish.

September 15, 2018 - Big, full body and juicy Merlot with ripe dark berry anc cherry aromas. On the palate, the tannins are soft with hints of cedar, vanilla and tobacco. Long finish with a nice lingering dark cherry and blueberry notes.
