November 29, 2023 - Overtly corked. Twelve decade old Bordeaux to sample and two had TCA...not a very good average.

November 29, 2023 - Mushroomy, dried berry, leather, and mineral nose. Focused, direct palate, still with good tannic grip and presence. Long, earthy, developing finish.

March 7, 2016 - UCGB tasting Bordeaux 2013 (Amsterdam): Fairly light color. Perfumed bouquet with dark fruits, smoke and tobacco. On the palate dark berries, chocolate and a good dose of oak. Overall a pleasant wine. 88 - 89 for today.
