November 17, 2021 - Burgundy tasting 24 oct semi blind.
Had this down for a much older wine as it was rather dark colored and advanced with slightly oxidized character. Nutty with oak, overripe apples petrol notes. Big and powerful with good lenght. Would not hold this much longer as it seemed in a rather mature phase going downhill from here?.

September 1, 2019 - A great nose of spearmint, honeysuckle, flint, aniseed and white peach. It is a full and ripe wine, but there is so much chalky minerality and great precision for the year. It is layered with flavour, unctuous and finishes with decent cut and outstanding length.

December 5, 2018 - Definitely has entered that wonderful maturing white burg phase. Deep gold, rich with great acid and balance, hawthorn, bay laurel, dry apricot and preserved lemon, creme fraiche and most important, that gorgeous salted caramel note. The wood is integrated and provides texture above flavor. Major elegance. This was much better the 2nd night, so I would recommend a decant, not for tightness or reduction, just for the improvement with air.
    A lovely example

February 13, 2017 - Full and fruity with a little custard apple action. Good shape in the mouth, plenty of white peach flavour with a hint of anise.

March 14, 2016 - Held its own in a bracket of Grand Crus. Complex aromatics of ripe peach, smoke and spearmint. It was fruity, sappy, shapely and long.
