November 19, 2023 - Medium garnet, starting to brown on edges. Bright, fresh nose of violets, red fruit. Medium body, well integrated tannins. Paired with game, worked beautifully. Enjoyed this.

December 14, 2019 - light in color and mouthfeel. Very fruity. Great finish. Different--liked it a lot

October 31, 2019 - Light mahogany red. Resonant perfume of redcurrant, strawberry, scrub/heather - almost garrigue - with baked clay and stalky/stem notes. A lively attack with mineral, dried cranberry, more redcurrant, fresh herbs, rhubarb and a savoury sous-bois underlay. The acid is bright and vigorous with sandy texture and a more grippy tannins midway between a Pinot Noir and light Nebbiolo. Later there is a little raspberry compote and strawberry jelly powder and some slight evolved note suggesting it is not going any further. But a delicious vibrant, very pure mineral-tinged wine

October 28, 2019 - Probably a bit passed it but a good foil to creamy pasta

June 30, 2019 - Dusty Sour red fruit, earthy and volatile. Under the soy is a focused slate minerality.

Lively and rustic red fruit, earthy and herbal. Nicely aged and well integrated, unfortunately not super balanced at birth for ageing
