Community Tasting Notes 2

    September 25, 2014 - WSET Level 3 Class.

Clear, pale lemon. Clean, pronounced-intensity, youthful nose, with aromas of peach, grape, grass, leaves, and musk. Dry on the palate, high acid, medium body, medium(+) intensity, medium alcohol, and a flavor profile that matches the nose plus tart lemon-lime citrus fruit. Medium(-) finish. Good, drink now, mid-price.

July 24, 2014 - Not a great wine. Unbalanced blend of white bordeaux varietals. Touch off-dry and seems to have been bottled with a hint of Co2. Finish is grassy and vegetal and ammonia. Wouldn't buy this again
