July 16, 2014 - 12% d'alcool, 100% Pinot Noir
Oeil : passablement soutenu pour un Bourgogne de ce rang, coloration 2+/10, forte viscosité en parois, lentes larmes
Nez : timide à l'ouverture, il a eu besoin de 20 à 30 minutes pour se délier, alors de projection 4/10, fruits rouges croquants rappelant la canneberge et la cerise non-mûre, petit côté fumé, touche boisé, végétal, presque épicé, très bien
Bouche : sec, ample, acidité rafraîchissante+, tanins de grain moyen, amertume moyenne+, légère prise minrale, persistance presque moyenne, rétro fruitée, boisée, végétale
Conclusion : beau petit Bourgogne de semaine, frais, où on revient sans trop se faire prier. Excellent RQP!
