April 17, 2016 - Interesting blend of flavors and textures. Full aromas of unfolding fruit with a soft mellow entry. Slight burn with a chocolate espresso type of wooded finish.

May 2, 2015 - Let this wine decant or sit for an hour before drinking. Paired well with pizza. Dark purple with earthy tones on the nose. Ink, bitter and light fruit. Well balanced.

May 7, 2014 - Banfi smakk í Perlunni (Perlan): Banfi smakk, 2. borð. Hef ekki smakkað þetta vín áður. Mér er tjáð að það sé vinsælt í vínbúðum. Á 3,6k þá finnst mér það í hærri kantinum þar sem ég veit um nokkur vín á um 2k sem gætu alveg staðist því snúning. Vínið er samt ungt og gæti átt eftir að þroskast og batna því það virkaði frekar hrátt. Eins og staðan er í dag er það um 87. Gæti tekið framförum.
