  April 22, 2021 - N...fresh bread, white fruit.
  
  C....almost onion skin.
  
  T....a 'commercial' style, very drinkable/Quaffable/middle of the road crowd-pleaser; medium-dry rather than properly Dry; not a lot of personality, but seems to have some charm anyway in that it's an agreeable easy-drinking style; ripe 'easy' fruit and mouth-feel; zilch complexity or minerals and just enough acidity, a 'safe' style.
  
  VFM?.....approx £17.00 in the UK, feels almost worth that but, I have to say, I've had plenty of DOCG Prosecco or New World NV bubbles for way less money which has had shedloads more flavour. I feel sorry for the guests of ignorant snobs who are still serving Champagne, no matter how boring/insipid, instead of being brave enough to serve New World bubbles, upper-end Prosecco (DOCG) or, indeed, English bubbles (though they're more pricey, I admit).

  December 25, 2020 - Nice citric/lemony freshness, slightly higher dosage to balance it, but no complains at this price, does the job for the festive season.
