Community Tasting Notes 10

December 14, 2023 - Popped and poured. Light, sharp, aroma of red fruit and flowers. Delicate flavors of cherry fruit with leafy notes lead into a sweet strawberry finish.

Restrained, firm backbone, some complexity. Classic Loire and great QPR.

December 22, 2015 - Nice lively nose, good fruit and somewhat herbaceous. Medium body and length. Enjoyable.

August 29, 2015 - Soil driven and slightly fragrent of the farm when opened but - in a good way. After a while, say after the first half of the Hawks game, a beautiful core of mineral and herb accented Cab Franc emerges. Nice, but the offensive line still smells like crap.

May 16, 2015 - Tart red fruit, earth, olive, slightly green tannins. Gently oxidative style. Lightweight but quite warm. Tasty. 12%, $18.

September 27, 2014 - Light red. Camphor and herbs. Light weight, simple cherry fruit. Not much to it.
