It seemed just a bit past prime to me-
But it certainly was good, not a stunner.

April 14, 2017 - Dark salmon pink color. Strawberry, cherry, spice and just a touch of sweet earth, if that makes sense. Ground cherry, candied watermelon and a touch of spice. Fruity sweet, not at all cloying. 90+ pts.

July 25, 2016 - My strong advice is not to drink this on its own. Get some pound cake and warm it up, top it with a grilled peach half, some toasted almond ice cream and a handful of granola; pour a little of this wine; be happy.
December 6, 2015 - A Mix of Champagne; 12/5/2015-12/6/2015 (Ray and Teresa's): Imagine cotton candy that was made out of ripe red fruit and caramelized sugar. As sweet as this is, it seems somewhat elegant with flashy red fruit of strawberry, red raspberry, red cherry along with creme brulee and baking spice. Quite complex. I didn't know what to expect, frankly was a bit apprehensive. But this is different and very enjoyable. 92-93
January 12, 2015 - Fortunately not overly sweet like some pinot ice wines can be. Easy to drink, somewhat elegant actually. Good value.
November 3, 2014 - There is a beautiful creaminess here. Super pretty aromatics. Had with pumpkin spice cake.
