November 26, 2023 - This one tasted a bit thin flavourwise on entry and the midpalate 30 minutes after opening, but fortunately filled out with further air time and warming up and became a classic LdH white experience. Medical sample colour. Do not pop and pour, and make sure to serve at red wine temperature.

August 25, 2023 - Coop's bottle. Superbly integrated now with nuts, vanilla pod and citrus oil, and enough depth to be mistaken for a Tondonia by someone (me) who had drunk 2 of each vineyard from various vintages in the prior three weeks. Outstanding.

March 8, 2023 - Tasted at the Whitewater Valley Wine Society, Hampshire, UK. Rioja wines, presented by Pierre Mansour, Head of Buying at The Wine Society.
This was a rare opportunity to taste a 15 year old white rioja. Despite its age the nose was fresh and aromatic and its many flavours of salt, burnt sugar and toasty creamy oak went on and on. Many thought it had taken on a similarity to sherry. An excellent accompaniment to Iberian ham!1 person found this helpful Comment -
