March 26, 2020 - Drinking very nicely now, but held up well over 3 days. Clean and pure, the red cherry flavors, refreshing acidity, beautiful tannins, and slight leather accents combined beautifully in a wine that was fun to drink on its own and paired well with food. Surprisingly for me, on day 3 I preferred this slightly in a Grassl "Cru" glass vs. Zalto Bordeaux, as the former seemed to slightly expand the cherry aspects in a pleasing way. If scoring, 91-92. A little more complexity would push it higher.

February 5, 2020 - A wonderful enigmatic wine. Woodsy cherry and black licorice nose. These flavours continue on the solid, long but restrained palate. Like sucking on a rock that is bursting in flavors. This wine is going to have a fascinating evolution but we need to be careful.

January 26, 2020 - Purple brick color. Fragrant dark fruit nose. Flavors of plum, tobacco, and dark cherry. Muted fruit with a nice elegance. Medium tannins and acidity, but there is a bit of an astringent finish. Not sure, however, more bottle time will even things out. In its drinking window. Best to aerate for an hour before drinking. Decant for sediment.

January 19, 2020 - pnp at a restaurant. First glass started off to fruity but improved inside of 10 minutes. Nice balance between fruit and tannin. No trouble for 2 to finish the bottle.
