September 24, 2007 - Light brownish red. Floral nose laced with sour cherries. Good fruit, with nice acidity and round fading tannins on this medium-bodied wine in the mouth. The finish is medium-short with a touch of heat. A very enjoyable wine.

April 15, 2007 - Very nice and subtle. Ate with a nice pasta & fish. Lovely wine.

October 21, 2006 - Pale-medium ruby colour with some bricking. Aromas of truffle, cherry, plum, dried flowers, leather, orange rind, and a hint of alcohol. Medium-bodied, fresh, with cherry, plums, earth, leather, and dried violets. Good tannic structure. Moderate finish, 30-35s, with black tea, leather, cherry, and orange rind.

February 4, 2006 - Medium garnet/ruby colour to a pink/violet rim. Pretty nose of currant, strawberry, earth, and red licorice. Gorgeous bouquet that opens with time; can smell from three feet away. Medium-bodied, nice structure, with currant, earth, red licorice, minerals. Tannins present, but not overwhelming. Moderate finish, 30-35s, with red berries. Surprisingly good for the vintage. Can hold for a couple years.
