November 8, 2021 - This was actually quite good. Classic traditional burgundy profile. Medium light body, earthy with good acidity.

October 11, 2019 - Classic Burgundy nose with plenty of earth and dark spice. Medium+ aromatic intensity. Red fruit, crushed herbs and nice acidity on the palate. Won't necessarily blow you away, but really great value and in a style that allows for a lot of avenues to enjoyment -- enough minerality, enough spice, and enough fruit.

July 21, 2017 - Served at dinner at a local restaurant with friends in which we drank several very good Oregon Pinot Noirs. This is a very nice, relatively inexpensive, Givry Burgundy. Lighter color and substance with an attractive berry nose, decent mid-range and finish. While much lighter than the Oregon Pinots, this was still a good introduction.

October 23, 2016 - Very nice bottle of relatively inexpensive Burgundy. Double decanted before serving. Modest ruby color and nose of roses and spices with good mouth feel and good length. I hope to buy more of these if they are available.

September 26, 2016 - Very light red. Delicate nose and light fruit but earthy. Good value for. burgundy but not a lot going on.
