April 18, 2024 - Good. I was expecting the brioche notes of other BDBs, but this is more fruity. Some sour fruit, decent bubbles, and that’s all she wrote. Not that interesting, but perfectly tasty. Perhaps just not what I expected.

March 27, 2024 - Very enjoyable. Each bottle has been a pleasure to drink. A fine, pretty mousse and bead break in the glass, pleasant aromatics more focused on fresh fruits than brioche. Focused on the palate. Enjoy as an aperitif and with appetizers or lighter fair.
