  April 19, 2023 - Jura study (Chicago, IL): A somewhat indistinct version of this, where it feels like this is sitting in a bit of an awkward phase in that it's missing the freshness but also hasn't developed much of the aged notes either. Interestingly enough, not very reductive.

  December 29, 2021 - The age has finally polished off the funk and rustic character and this is now a bright beam of varietal character fruit with a hint of salinity in the background, acidity and minerality present but enhancing the fruit not overwhelming it. I think this wine is at the beginning of its prime drinking years, and was accessible with just about 30 minutes of air. Really enjoyed it.

  February 8, 2016 - High acidity dominates the palate directly after opening. In the decanter four hours, and the nose is exceptional. One can smell it from a meter's distance. Herbal, like ginger, kurkuma and lemongrass packed in straw, lots of fruit like pineapple, lemon and apricot. Salty broth, minerals, oxidative; constant changing it's aroma' s. Getting a fuller mouthfeel, and a very balanced acidity during the hours. A chapeau for les Tissots! I hope this style will never reach mainstream.
