September 18, 2022 - In balance. Great petrol nose. Not sure about future evolution.

September 18, 2016 - Semi-sweet wine. Great balance between fruit, sweetness and acidity.

May 22, 2016 - White gold color. Nose of apricot, white peach, saline, fresh-cut white flowers, lime, hints of petrol. On day 1, lots of quenching primary lychee and apricot fruit on the palate. On day 2, increased complexity with layers of peach, apricot, melon, petrol, grapefruit, and subtle saline grip amidst all the fruit. Zingy acidity balanced by mineral-laced structure, leading to a delicately honed finish of honeydew, citrus, and schist. Deceptively quaffable wine which could develop into something much more with prolonged time in the cellar. Delicious.

January 11, 2016 - A very delicious Riesling with notes of stone fruit, bright acidity and nice minerality. Just the right amount of sweetness.

October 4, 2015 - Good now but definitely room to develop. I personally would have liked higher acidity to balance the gentle sweetness, and make the citrus zest and mineral elements more prominent. Enjoyable, if not quite quite what I had hoped for.
