December 11, 2021 - Perman Champagne Night (My home - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. 100% Meunier, old vine, 6 years on lees, so either 2013 or 2014 vintage. Apple and berry with a fun, floral, forward richness, simpler style on finish with a bit of herbaceousness. Good now.

June 26, 2017 - Took a sip and found it to be a little acidic for my liking. Sat down to dinner with it and it was much better. Paired with sesame severed tuna and caprese salad. Very enjoyable with food.

May 16, 2015 - Beautiful texture and depth. Creamy with just a subtle hint of brioche and huge rose hip and green apple notes in the mid to rear palate. Slightly higher acid means beautiful food wine, but not so high it's not drinkable on its own. Killer bubbles. And 100% Pinot Meunier.

December 7, 2014 - Beautiful. A fresher nose than the previous bottle, also a bit more linear on the palate, but very precise and focused. Tart red fruit and whiffs of chalk dust, orange rind, sea breeze. Green apples and ripe pear come through as well. I was once again really impressed.

November 27, 2014 - Beautiful nose of tart red fruit, green citrus, and granny smith apple. Really lovely mousse with tight bubbles. A bit more expansive on the palate, with notes of golden apple, grapefruit, strawberry, and a hint of brioche-y richness. I thoroughly enjoyed this Champagne.
