June 23, 2019 - This is a wine at the height of its power. The nose was intriguing immediately after opening. No need to decant this one!
Deep, complex, mature fruit, leather, beautiful finish. Best cab sav I have had this year.
Paired beautifully with ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese, morel mushrooms, snap peas. -

March 12, 2019 - Decanted for an hour and paired with a New York steak with peppercorn sauce. Delicious and very balanced cab. Nice fruit, integrated tannins and long finish.

February 15, 2019 - Solid effort by Agent Cooper. Had this with a New York Steak and it was excellent. Not overwhelming tannins with currants, oak and a touch of vanilla. Lots of depth with decent length on the finish.
