    Deep, complex, mature fruit, leather, beautiful finish. Best cab sav I have had this year.
    Paired beautifully with ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese, morel mushrooms, snap peas.

    March 12, 2019 - Decanted for an hour and paired with a New York steak with peppercorn sauce. Delicious and very balanced cab. Nice fruit, integrated tannins and long finish.

    February 15, 2019 - Solid effort by Agent Cooper. Had this with a New York Steak and it was excellent. Not overwhelming tannins with currants, oak and a touch of vanilla. Lots of depth with decent length on the finish.

    March 24, 2015 - Dark fruit. Long finish. Integrated tannins. Had at vino volo so bottle had time to air. Excellent wine.

    February 14, 2015 - Decanted 30 min but could have used a lot more. Somewhat closed, with lots of red cherry fruit, cassis, and brown sugar on the finish. Paired wonderfully with grilled grass-fed ribeye with melted blue cheese & salad for Valentine's Day.
