August 26, 2018 - APPEARANCE: Light ruby color with watery edges
AROMA: Underbrush and copper on the nose in the first thirty minutes. Really nice nose blackberries after about an hour
TASTE: Still has some tannin and garrigue left on it and took about an hour to open up. Probably on it's decline as it felt like it was lacking energy
