June 26, 2022 - Another bottle of Terre Nere’s base level bianco for 2013 with similar impressions to my last tasting note a couple of months ago. This bottle deeper gold in colour but not presenting as oxidised. Lemons and grapefruits, chalky minerals, orchard fruit and salt lick. Good body and sufficient acidity. Not hugely complex but an enjoyable, individual bianco. Nice dry, saline finish. Drink from now - it won’t improve from here - by say 2028.

April 17, 2022 - Pale but bright gold. Lemon and grapefruit, gentle baking spice, mineral and wet steel aromas with touches of dried herbs. Fairly linear and straightforward on palate. Mineral, chalky and citric with some peach, nectarine and apricot. Adequate acids. Dry enough but without the flavour complexity to justify a higher score. Oak now well integrated. It won't, I would think, improve from here. However, it is not presently in danger of falling over. I'd drink by (say) 2027.

December 1, 2018 - Nice, but not much more than that. Went well with clam pasta.

October 12, 2017 - Even more meh than last time.

June 4, 2017 - A rather bland quaffer, pale yellow, low acidity, very light bodied, watery, a little green, hint of residual sweetness, but barely anything there. Why is this wine $18?
