November 23, 2021 - I truly enjoy this aged Barbera from an outstanding Producer. A wafting floral immediately upon opening with limited sediment leads to a luscious dark cherry vino that is just in time for the Holidays. It could easily age many more years.

August 27, 2021 - Pas un vin de fillette ! Les 15° se font sentir malgré une température de service digne d'un blanc. C'est vraiment son seul défaut, car le toucher de bouche est très beau, les arômes sont distingués sur un début d'évolution. Pas encore cuir, plutôt viandé et fleurs séchées. Je savais ce que c'était, mais je serais parti sur un beau languedoc évolué à l'aveugle, jamais je ne serais allé dans le piémont. Il n'a pas bougé 24h plus tard, mais toujours aussi costaud, on n'en boit pas des litres !
