  November 14, 2019 - Popped and poured. Tobacco aroma with cherry notes. Rich, slightly sappy, cherry flavor up front. Dusty earth finish. Basic and classic nebbiolo, robust, with some complexity. A pleasure to drink, and a great QPR.

  December 12, 2016 - beefier version of a Langhe nebbiolo. These are drinking great now and pair wonderfully with duck breast

  June 15, 2015 - Much better than expected for a brand new Nebbiolo. Hints of licorice and cherry on the nose with blackberry and maybe tobacco on the palate. Had with prosciutto and arugula pizza which went surprisingly well. I'd recommend it and I think it's certainly drinkable now.

  June 9, 2014 - Dark in color. Big structure with firm tannins. Good length on the palate. Rather rich but not fully expressive just yet. Tends more to the dark fruit side of the spectrum. BSanderson said to give it another year. He's right but give it two years if you can. Quality raw materials. Enjoyed the introduction.
