December 25, 2020 - It has probably past it’s prime but it was still enjoyable. Upon opening, strong fossil fuels nose (diesel and natural gas). Ripe Apricot and plum (closer to confit that ripe actually), and caramel. Good but the lasting nose and pallet of fossil fuels may bother some.
