October 31, 2010 - This bottle was definitely on its way down the slope from the prime years. Great earthy nose with hints of leather and pencil lead mixed with notes of dates and coffee. Decanted for 4 hours and consumed over 90 minute period.

July 28, 2010 - Decanted for 1 hour. Poured dark clear red. Aromas of red fruits, tobacco and shoe leather. Flavors mirror the aromas with some black pepper added. Really nice cab, especially on initial and mid palate, becomes a little rough (minor) on the med length finish with dusty tannins. I'd say this is in it's sweet spot right now
